At the beginning of September, 45 new apprentices and dual students embarked on their time at the Marburg site. This year's exemplary occupations include: training as a pharmaceutical technician or chemical production technician, as well as the dual study program “Bachelor of Engineering – specializing in Sustainable Science & Technology,” and much more.

The Early Career Team welcomed the new recruits with a two-day onboarding event. Here, the participants were able to get to know each other and gain their first insights into the corporate culture and the associated values. They were also able to take part in initial training for their future day-to-day work. Site head Dr. Niklas Schier, also attended the event. He took plenty of time to answer the group's questions.

A refreshing change to get to know the company and its premises was the rally organized by the youth and apprentice representatives (JAV).

At the end of the event, the junior staff were unanimous: the responsible Early Career Team had organized two great days that gave them a lot of pleasure and a good feeling for their start at CSL Behring.

The Marburg site, which is one of the largest apprenticeship providers in the region, plays a central role in this. Every year, new apprentices and dual students begin their training with us, and we are proud that around 95 percent of them stay with CSL Behring after graduation and continue their careers with us. This commitment is also reflected in the extensive range of collective bargaining services, development discussions and a great community that we offer our new colleagues.

It became clear that working with the Talents is a labor of love for everyone involved. In particular, the Early-Career team's answer to the question of what they enjoy most about their job, “Working with you,” confirmed this impression.
