Speak-Up
Reporting suspected improper conduct
Integrity is one of the CSL Group Core Values. As part of our commitment to ethical, open and transparent business operations, CSL has a Speak-Up Policy to deal with any serious concerns. Reporting the suspected improper conduct of others is known as 'Speaking Up'. This policy enables employees of CSL and non-employees of CSL, such as suppliers, contractors and consultants to raise concerns regarding suspected improper conduct in good faith, without being subject to retaliation, harassment or discriminatory treatment. The Speak-Up Policy also allows such concerns to be properly investigated.
For CSL employees, you are encouraged to speak with your supervisor, other site or function management, or Legal/Ethics & Compliance business partner. However, should you be concerned about potential consequences from making a report, then the Speak-Up Policy provides you with the opportunity of anonymity.
