Viral Vector Process Development
In our viral vector process development lab, we express, purify, and characterize lentiviruses.
This includes the generation and cultivation of high-yielding producer cell lines that express lentivirus. For this, we use automated fixed-bed bioreactors for adherent cells.
The next step is the purification and concentration of the lentiviruses to remove any impurities such as DNA and proteins.
The final step is the characterization of the lentiviruses using a range of analytical methods including transduction activity, titer, purity, potency, and safety.
