We support talented students with the German Scholarship Program

With our sustainable strategy in our Early Career Programs, we attract and develop potential future leaders for CSL Behring.

Story
With our sustainable strategy in our Early Career Programs, we attract and develop potential future leaders for CSL Behring.

Our various programs attract diverse target groups, e.g. apprentices, dual students, interns and graduates/trainees. With these Early Career Programs, we make an important contribution to the future of our company and support our mission to discover, develop and launch innovative therapies that improve the quality of life of our patients.

Our participation in the German Scholarship Program is another important Early Career initiative to attract and develop the best talent. The German Scholarship Program is a network between government, universities and sponsors who offer (financial) support for talented students.

CSL Behring’s network is local and also nationwide. We collaborate with Philipps-Universität Marburg, Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen and also with Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg, for example, which has partnerships with worldwide universities such as Penn State University in the US or University of Adelaide.

Murat Dalar, Senior Director & Head of Site Quality and our ambassador for the German Scholarship Program recently had the opportunity to accept an award for CSL Behring’s long-term engagement for Early Career talent during a scholarship celebration of Philipps-Universität Marburg. During this event, he had also the opportunity to meet the students who are currently supported by CSL Behring.

“CSL Behring is an international leading biotechnology company, driven by the promise to save and improve the lives of patients,” Murat Dalar emphasizes. “We offer the broadest portfolio of plasma based and recombinant therapies in the field. With latest technologies and innovation in the development of life-saving biotherapies, we help people with severe diseases all over the world to be able to lead a normal life. Our ambition is to continuously improve our processes and develop innovative products. We attach great importance to support universities and their students in a sustainable way – they are the future researcher who will continue our innovation and development!”

“All our Early Career activities have one goal: to support our business units in the best way to deliver on our global strategy,” explains Christin Behlert, Senior Early Career Development Specialist. “A strong partnership with our experts from the business units is essential for us in order to get them in contact with Early Career talents. The German Scholarship Program is an outstanding example for this collaboration. Thank you, Murat, for the fantastic collaboration!”
