The Marburg site employs around 3,300 people and is one of the largest apprenticeship providers and employers in the region. We offer a total of 16 different apprenticeships and dual training and education programs – from biological laboratory technician to industrial clerk and even Bachelor of Business Information Systems.

With our experienced tutors, additional on-the-job training and classes at selected vocational schools and universities, we prepare you for your professional future. Classes take place either on one and a half days per week, in blocks of one week per month or alternating between theory and practical semesters.

New apprentices and dual training and education students start their training with us every year. And we are proud that around 95 percent of them stay with CSL Behring after graduation and continue their careers with us.

Information on the application and recruitment process

The following documents are required for your application:

• Personal cover letter outlining your career to date and explaining why you are interested in this apprenticeship or study program at CSL Behring in particular.
• Curriculum vitae in table format in which you list the various schools, internships, etc. of your career.
• Copies of your last two school reports
• Proof of internships you have completed, evaluations and certificates

Your application to CSL Behring is processed by our education and consultancy partner Provadis. Provadis supports us in recruiting apprentices and dual students, as well as in providing training and further education for our employees in Marburg.

If you have any questions about the apprenticeship and dual training and education program with us, please contact us at Ausbildung@cslbehring.com.

If you have impressed us, we will invite you to an interview and/or aptitude test, depending on your chosen profession. If you are then shortlisted, you will be asked to take a company medical examination. In any case, we will let you know after about four weeks whether we are offering you an apprenticeship or study place at CSL Behring. Shortly after we have accepted your application, we will sign the apprenticeship or study contract.
